Dimia points with her hand to the left part of the cave, where there seems to be an entrance. Therest follow Dimia’s advice and move the light away from that spot.
There can be seen a light! It appears to be natural one.
Dimia: Look! It might be the way out! Let’s go!
They go and enter in a rush!
Inside, they can see that the chamber of the cave has a dead end! They enter a place of the cave where there is no way out, expect from where they come in.
Inside the chamber, they can see from where the light had come from! The dim light comes from above the younglings, from a hollow in the cave. A hollow big enough that a youngling can easily fit in, but it is too high to reach. In all the darkness, a ray of daylight comes from the hollow, illuminating only a small portion of the place. The light reveals the location of the waterfall. The near waters join in a point where it cascades into a hole to somewhere unknown!
The younglings approach the waterfall. There is enough light from their vambraces and from the ray of daylight to gaze around. Their curiosity leads them to where all the water goes! They can see some abnormalities! Something that is not normal.
As they approach, they can see four perfectly carved stone rings, linked together as a chain.
The stones are massive and are well placed on the rocky floor of the cave. The water flows between the carved rims of the rings. Where there are connections between two rings, the level of the stone connecting them is decreased. Where there are three connected, the height of the stone is even more reduced, and the water enters and overflows that spot.
