Fall

They younglings become slightly confused. The answer given by Sabo RedShield seemed clear and logical. The younglings look at each other. They can see the confusion in the other’s eyes as well.

Sabo: Let’s get a slight of warming up… this is a body training nonetheless!

Sabo RedShield places his feet at equal distance with the length between his shoulders.

Sabo: ALL ALIGN! Hands UP! Horizontally! Touch, with the tip of your fingers, your neighbor’s hand! Keep a distance between!

The circles follow the instructions! They hold their hands horizontally and approach the near youngling.

Sabo: You can put them down! Let’s start with some ankle exercises… Follow my example…

The circles follow their master Sabo’s instructions. The RedShield begins with anklewarm-ups and does some squats! Then, the arms warm-up! Then, the hips! But most importantly!

Sabo: Okay… now let’s warmup the neck. This is a particular part of yourbody that is very important. This part connects the head to the rest of you. The head is the master controller of your body. How do we keep it safe?

One RedShield asks the question. The other answers.

Rowan: A trained neck is required! We have our eyes. They see the sphynx! We have our ears. They hear the wolf! Our smell… our touch … They are our senses!

Master Rowan takes some pebbles that are lying on the stone plates. He looks at them. He picks an unusual one. It is ugly and covered up with dust and dirt!

Rowan: Our senses… communicate with us. And if we don’t like what they tell…

The RedShield cleanses away the dirt from the pebble.

      Rowan: …we make changes!

The circles observe and start to understand the connection their master makes with them and the pebble.

Rowan: We make changes until we are satisfied… It is a never-ending journey! Your senses can detect the danger…

Master Rowan drops the pebble. Some younglings start to feel uncomfortable.
