      Vallon: Eh… yes! The Triangle is formed of three people! There are five Triangles on each sanctuary! One for each canton! Those people have expertise and are called advisers! The advisers seek the best interest of the people, the land, and the planet!

      Rahul: How do you join a Triangle?

This is a silly question. No one joins. There are no elections. It is a progressive scale. Competence decides!  

      Vallon: You don’t “join” … Based on their four pylons capabilities and leadership competence, a person receives an invitation! If that person considers taking that role, it will accept

      Palacia: Are you one of this sanctuary’s Triangle?

      Vallon: Very observative of you, Palacia…Only the advisers can access this platform… The Triangle!

      Jayna: Sounds as if the cantons are separated… why aren’t they making decisions together?

      Vallon: They are! The cantons communicate between them… The rivers need the land to stream… the trees offer the air we breathe… they need the waters to grow… There’s a harmony! They are all connected. So are the cantons!

There is something that makes the grand connection of the cantons!

      Vallon: There is also Middlecircle!

      Rahul: What is that?

      Vallon: Each great land has sanctuaries. Each sanctuary has a Triangle. There is hierarchy! And on its height, each canton selects two grand advisers to represent PANGAEA! They meet in Middlecircle! A place where the grand decisions are made!

      Rahul: So, anyone with the proper skills can be invited?

      Vallon: That is not enough… the individual is not enough… the Triangle must be balanced! There must not be blood connections between the three! You cannot be part of the Triangle in the place where you were born… you…
