They are waiting for any fish to make a move and grab the bait. The platypus observes attentively any possible movements in the water! Platon is ready to engage into “battle”!
Nickalen: Doesn’t your platypus know how to hunt for itself??
Azur: It cannot hold the fishing rod, Master
Nickalen: Hey wise guy, let’s not leave you tied up here in the wilderness
The GreenCircle stares at the boy. Not in a good way. Nickalen’s eyes are fixed at Azur. The boy feels the tension. The boy did not mean to insult his Master! The boy does not know what to say or to do.
The GreenCircle values the Shield arts! The relationship Master-Disciple is one of great importance. It builds a strong bond! It should not be broken by defiance! Nickalen feels the tension and senses that Azur is aware of it.
Nickalen remains with his eyes fixed on Azur. The GreenCircle discreetly moves his hand to his own back, where the backpack is. The boy does not do anything. He just hopes the Master will not grab a rope and tie him to a tree – leaving him to the wolves.
Nickalen takes an amrita fruit and eats it calmly. As if nothing happened. The boy, in his confusion, begins to realize that his master only wanted to tease him and starts to smile.
The GreenCircle looks at the boy and smiles back. They both laugh and enjoy the moment. Nickalen is pleased that Azur was aware of the importance of discipleship by the simple tension the master created, and the moment did not have to become a serious one.
The fishing rod starts to move.
Azur: Hey, Platon! Prepare your cutlery! Breakfast is on his way!
Nickalen: You should eat as well
The boy pulls the rod and takes out from the water a fish! He removes the hook and gives the fish to his aquatic friend! Azur then, grabs the amrita fruit and takes a bite.
Azur: This is great, Master! The amrita is truly a blessing from nature
Nickalen: Amrita is not a result of nature
Azur: How come? The fruit is from the tree, trees are nature stuff
